She was predeceased by: her husband David W. Miller; her brother Thomas Offutt Jr. (Elaine); her grandson Alexander Urquhart; and her parents, Thomas J. Offutt and Edith Prescott Belt.
She is survived by: her children, John Urquhart III (Sandra), Laura Urquhart, Thomas Urquhart (Peggy), Julia Kuzo (John) and Andrea Oswald; her siblings, Prescott Belt (Erika), Sandra Sampson (Charles), Bettina Belt (John), Chantal Dukette (Frank), Mary Offutt (Brian) and Anthony Offutt (Carol); her stepchildren, Steve Miller (Marcie), Bruce Miller (Mary Ann), Pamela Pelletier (Rodrique), Janice Miller (Ken), Jacqueline Stevens (Gail) and Scott Stevens (Gail); her close friend Elizabeth Beyer (Tom); and her former husband John Urquhart Jr.. She is also survived by child, grandchild, great grandchild, and all their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, Anne Calla would have wanted people to remember her by helping someone in need or donating to a community non-profit.
