She was predeceased by: her parents, Reid C. Eddy and Carol C. Eddy (Falkenburg); her sister Shirley Eddy Shadwick; and her nephew Seth Eddy. She is survived by: her brother Ralph Eddy (Karen) of Hendersonville, TN; her children, Dan McCarthy (Myrna) of Phoenix, AZ, Sheila McCarthy of Texas City, TX, Michelle McCarthy (Brad) of Birchwood, WI and Jennifer West (Alex) of Apex, NC; her grandchildren, Kevin McCarthy (Sophie), Kyle McCarthy (Karah), Kelly Beyrer (Danny), Katie McCarthy (Josh), Anthony Chomko, Nicholas Chomko, Ryan West and Siobhan West; her great grandchild Sereine McCarthy; and her nephew Nathan Eddy (Alicia) of Pittsburgh, PA. She is also survived by loving mother to her four children.
