Alfred Eugene Tobin Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alfred Eugene Tobin of Cary, North Carolina, born in Burlington Junction, Missouri, who passed away on March 23, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul Tobin (Melba) and Louise Madden (Jim); and his brother-in-law Bill Hackett. He is survived by: his wife Katy; his children, Darby Godfrey of Georgetown, Jay Tobin of Raleigh, Jill Kelso (David) of Raleigh and Sam Tobin (Doris) of Cary; his grandchildren, Ashley Godfrey, Jason Godfrey, Ryan Godfrey, Mary Stuart Tolson (Holden), Georgia Kelso, Reid Tobin, Erin Tobin, Mary Callan Kelso and Hank Kelso; his great grandchildren, Noah Godfrey, Haven Godfrey and Sawyer Tolson; and his siblings, Teresa Hackett, Kathleen Dolph (Tom), Bill Tobin (Dusene) and Vince Tobin (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and their spouses and children.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Cary, North Carolina.
