He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Filmore "Bud" and Dorothy Mildred Warren Tillman; and his child Jean Franzette Haltom Tillman. He is survived by: his wife Thelma; his daughters, Renee and Jill Oldham (Glenn); his grandchildren, Jason Steel, Caleb Steel (Kenisha), Olivia Oldham and Luke Oldham; and his great grandchild Brielle Hooker of Clark Steel.
