With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wallace Theodore Riley Jr. of Carthage, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2023 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Wallace T. Riley, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Riley of Carthage; his children, Holly Biggs-Webb of Whispering Pines, Kerry Black Hooper (Jeramy) of Pinehurst, Clay Riley (Maggie) of Spearfish and Rebecca Berger-Archibald (Ian) of Wilmington; his sister Elizabeth Moss (Darrell) of Aberdeen; his grandchildren, Ethan Biggs, Evan Biggs, Collin Biggs, Isabelle Hooper, Liam Riley, Finn Riley, Addison Berger and Andy Berger; his nephew Austin Moss; and his niece Whitney Moss.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a non-profit or charitable organization of choice in Ted's memory.
