She was predeceased by: her father Fred Kissinger; and her husband James Cecil Williams, Jr.. She is survived by: her mother Delores Wenger Brown; her children, Rebekah Kuykendall (Joseph) of Pacific Grove and Brandon Williams of Carthage; her siblings, Cindy Pearce of Zionsville, Julie Burg of Scottsdale, Megan Hill (Andy) of Louisburg, Kansas and Jan Kissinger (Kris) of Clay Center, Kansas; and her granddaughters, Violet and Alice. She is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Vass Library in memory of Terri Lee Williams, 128 Seaboard St, Vass NC 28394.
