He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Vannoy of Millers Creek, Elizabeth Vannoy of Candar, NC and Chal Vannoy (Tammy) of Wilkesboro; his sister Faye Royal (Jerry); his grandchildren, Corey, Hannah Johnson, Clint, Cody Roten, Zylania and MaFia Green; his great grandchildren, Delacey, Terence Hamilton and Caroline Roten; his niece Melissa Shoemaker; and his great-niece Nicole Huffman.
