With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sheila Morris Barber of Carthage, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husbands, Mack Barber and Jim Atkins; her parents, Alma Freeman and Bedford Morris Sr.; her brother Bedford Morris; and her son Rodney Barber.

She is survived by: her children, Keith Barber (Stephanie) of Knoxville, TN and Sheith Davis (Greg) of Whispering Pines; and her grandchildren, Bennett, Laney, Brooks, Ellie Kate Barber, Bryce, Jordyn and Taylor Davis.

Memorial contributions may be made to Red Branch Baptist Church.
