She was predeceased by: her parents, George Clinton McNeill and Beulah Brown McNeill; and her sister Nancy Doughty. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Hicks (Dale) of Carthage, Timothy Bullins (Morgan) of Lakeview, Thomas Bullins (Lynn) of Carthage, Ricky Bullins of Carthage and Beth Evans (Dan) of Lakeview; and her sister Mary "Frankie" Ihrke of Whispering Pines. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
