She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Welch and Cora Williamson Welch; and her daughters, Mary Ellen Nunnery and Teresa Jean Nunnery. She is survived by: her husband William Henry Nunnery; her daughter Sherrie Murphy Carthage; her brother Raymond Welch of Robbins; and her granddaughter Kaylee Murphy.
Due to Covid-19 the family has elected to have a private graveside service at the family cemetery.
