It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Milton Skinner of Carthage, North Carolina, born in Bridgeton, New Jersey, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Skinner and Josephine Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Skinner; his daughters, Michele Skinner and Christina Waidell (Kirk); his grandchildren, Robert Skinner (Tony) and Sydney Waidell; and his siblings, Joseph Skinner and Elsie Chidester.
