Rebecca June Oldham Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2025, at the age of 62, Rebecca June Oldham of Carthage, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Rebecca's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Rebecca has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Dwight and Christine Blaylock Garner. She is survived by: her husband John Oldham; her son Johnny Oldham of Vass; her sisters, Patricia McRae (Harrison) of Vass and Mary Douglas of Vass; her grandson Jonathan Oldham of Carthage; her nieces, Shelia McRae, Trish Shamburger and Tiffany Douglas; and her nephew Phillip Bowman.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church (2237 Camp Easter Rd, Carthage, NC 28387).
