With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pearl Sturdivant Dowd (Carthage, North Carolina), who passed away on September 29, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Frank and Stella Morgan Sturdivant; her siblings, Johnny (Sally) and Mildred Spangler (Bobby); and her half-brother Jimmy Morgan.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Dowd; and her siblings, Margaret Luck (Bill) of Aberdeen and J. P. Sturdivant (Peggy) of Robbins. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
