She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Tillman and Fannie Bryant Tillman; her husband Waylon C. Bailey; her children, Terry Gwin Bailey and Donna Kay Bailey Freymuth; her sisters, Ada T. Black and Maxine Jones; and her grandchildren, Shannon Eads and Stephanie Bailey.
She is survived by: her daughter Renee Bailey (Quirino) of Carthage; her sister Arthelia Edwards of Sanford; her siblings-in-law, Carolyn Lea (James) of West End, Lester Bailey (Barbara) of Carthage and Bill Bailey (Clara) of West End; her grandchildren, Christopher Kahele and Caroline Jeffersand (Derrick); and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Brentley.
