She was predeceased by: her parents, Leola Michael and Melvin Michael; and her grandsons, William Michael and David Michael, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband James; her children, Tina Sheppard (Winky), Carol Craven (Scott), Melissa Boyte (Tim), David Michael (Lynda) and Rodney Michael (Felicia); and also Monice Richardson. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
