He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Homer Blue and Bobbie Blue; his wife June Alford Blue; his daughters, Sabina Blue of Carthage, Kristy Bickel (Rick) of Carthage, Jansen Wilson Rouse (Michael) of Robbins and Crystal Robertson (Kenneth) of Albemarle; his siblings, Barbara Phillips of Virginia, Linda Boyne of Florida, Theresa Johansson of Cary and David Blue of West End; and his grandchildren, JaLeigh Wilson-Blue, Addy Bickel, David Wilson and CieAna Wilson.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions may be made to Love A Child, a Christian organization very important to Lewis.
