She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald W. Meadows Sr and Lois Woodrum Meadows; her son Mike Peters; and her brother Ronnie Meadows Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Norman E. Peters Sr of Carthage; her son Ed Peters (Paula) of Carthage; her daughter-in-law Carolyn Hall of WVa; and her grandchildren, Mike Peters Jr, Miranda Keagle (Matt) and Sean Peters (Sarah).
