She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Wesley Cockman and Alma Hancock Cockman; her brother Edward Cockman; and her husband James Blue Fields of Carthage, NC.. She is survived by: her son Samuel Fields of Carthage, NC; her grandchildren, James Fields (Ashley) of Carthage, NC and Ellen Duncan (Kory) of Carthage, NC; her son Stuart Fields (Deborah) of Carthage, NC; her grandsons, Bryan Fields (Lesley) of Charlotte, NC and Patrick Fields (Ashley) of Cameron, NC; her daughter Hope Keistler (Bob) of Wilmington, NC; her grandsons, Will Keistler (Morgan) of Wilmington, NC and Wesley Keistler of Wilmington, NC; and her daughter Millie Rose Keistler of Wilmington, NC.. She is also survived by Grandma Kathryn is survived by four great-grandchildren.
