She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Moultry Doby and Martha Louise Bibey Doby; her husband Danny Ray Foster Sr.; her sons, David Cagle and Danny Foster Jr.; her son-in-law Curtis Ray Bullard; her grandsons, Gunner Parks and David Ray Bullard; and her brother Wayne Dills.
She is survived by: her children, James Dills, Brian Jeffries (Amanda Bibey), Bradley Foster (Jennifer) and Crystal Bullard (Randolph); her grandchildren, Amber, Jeremy, Curtis, Kirk, Haley, Caleb, Nathan, Caiden, Chris, Josh, Elena and Lynn; her great grandchildren, Nick of Elijah, J. W., Reign, Paris and Leilani; and her siblings, Tina Dills, Tommy (Karen) and Tim Dills (Lisa).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall's Memorial Church (3612 Union Church Rd, Carthage, NC 28327). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
