He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shepley McNeill; his children, Joseph Larry McNeill, Jr. (Tish) of Norwood and Crystal Krieger (Kenny Wilkes) of Carthage; his sister Priscilla Bray of Bennett; his sister-in-law Barbara McNeill; and his grandchildren, Kristian (Wil Poplin), Devan, Hailey and Ashlyn.
