He was predeceased by: his parents, Darius Ivey and Minnie Elizabeth Bordeaux Ivey; and his wife Martha Jo. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Dana Trent (David) of Asheboro, Mike Teague, Bobby Tucker (Rachell) of Siler City and Terry Phillips (Bonnie) of Asheboro; and his sisters, Bonnie Ivey of Elizabethtown, Nancy Smith of Climax and Sally Milczakowski (Thomas) of Elizabethtown.
