He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon D. Weis and Mildred A. Plummer Weis; his grandson Nicholas J. Weis; his brother Leon P. Weis; and his nephews, Jay Weis and Mark May.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Alexa, Lauren Weis, Holly and Lydia Riedesel; his sister Leah May; and his son Jim. He is also survived by the four children.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Jerry may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
