She is survived by: her sons, Lee Butler (Angela) of Hoffman, William (Billy) of Hoffman, Stephen Bell (Renee) of Carthage and Anthony Bell (Heather) of Dandridge Tennessee. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren.
