She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Ida Smith Foster; her husband Jesse Ray Motsinger; and her granddaughter Dana Fry. She is survived by: her children, Charles (Marcia Motsinger) of Belmont, NC, Diane (Gordon Grant) of Medima, NY and Ava (Mark Rosien). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 2 great great-grandchildren.
