He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Cummings and Lucy Cummings; his sons, Benny Cummings and Kenny Cummings; and his grandson Phillip Bullins.
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine; his children, Lisa Hart (David) of Carthage, Joyce Hardin of Pilot Mountain, Tom Bullins (Lynne) of Carthage, Ricky Bullins and Shirley Allen of Carthage; and his sister Ella Marie "Sissy" Shinualt of Mount Airy. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
