It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Bruce Leopper (Carthage, North Carolina), born in Fort Benning, Georgia, who passed away on December 24, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gary Lee Leopper. He is survived by: his mother Lillie Swafford Leopper; and his brothers, Steve (Shelia) of Powell, TN and Randall of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and a multitude of friends.
