It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ezra James Rankin of Carthage, North Carolina, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 8, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Clifford C. Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Michael Rankin (Paige) of Greensboro and Patti Dormer (Jim) of Wilton; his grandchildren, Katherine, Meredith, Matthew and Lydia; and his pets, Riley and Molly.
