She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Wright Kiser and Cora Lee Davis Kiser; her husband Joe Taylor Jr.; her son Johnny Taylor; her grandchildren, David Allen Taylor and Cassie Ayers; and her siblings, Russell G. Kiser, Raymond C. Kiser, William "Junior" Kiser and Thelma Kiser-Sasser.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Anderson (Earl) of Conway, SC, Diane Garner (Charles), Terry Taylor (Sandra), Joey Taylor of Carthage, NC and Cliff Taylor of Asheboro, NC; and her sister Peggy Kiser Pendlan. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
