He is survived by: his children, Jason McIntosh (Kaylee) of Carthage and Tammy McIntosh (Rhodney Davis) of Highfalls; his close friend Linda Niedworok; his siblings, Barbara McIntosh, Alice Wicker and Joe McIntosh (Arleen) of Carthage; his grandchildren, Brandy McIntosh, Haydn Ross, Nevaeh Ross and Noelle Davis; and his great grandchild Hayvn Chisholm-Ross.
