He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Poe and Bemon Foster Poe; and his siblings, Flora Ann Hinesley (Billy Ray) and Bill Poe. He is survived by: his brother Lewis F. Poe (Wanda) of Bennett, NC; and his sister-in-law Janet Poe of Carthage, NC. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
