He is survived by: his children, John Thomas, Jr., Mary Ann Ryan (Ed), Ellen Ellis and Eugene Thomas (Leisa); his grandchildren, Stacey, William, Haley and Cory; and his sisters, Virginia Neelends and Carolyn Culbertson.
