With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Victor J. Belanger (Carolina Shores, North Carolina), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Belanger and Theresa Belanger; and his brother Roger Belanger. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Belanger; his sons, Mark Belanger and Scott Belanger; his daughters-in-law, Kristen and Kendra; and his sister Barbara Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
