It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen Maxey Williams (Carolina Shores, North Carolina), born in Kinston, North Carolina, who passed away on April 8, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Frank Edwin Williams; his sons, Frank Gaston Rubio Williams (Greenville) and Nicholas Vachel Rubio Williams (Albertson); his mother Shirley Maxey Williams (Kinston); and his brother Franklin Kirk Williams (New Bern).
