It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Gaynor O'Dell of Carolina Shores, North Carolina, born in Henry County, Virginia, who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Posey Lester O'Dell and Bertie Martin O'Dell; his sister Martha Ann O'Dell Campbell; and his son Kevin Blaine O'Dell. He is survived by : his wife Deborah Gayle Morrison of Paul's Evangelical United Brethren Church; and his children, Sharon Kay VanDyke (David Sr.), David Thomas VanDyke, Jr. and James O'Dell VanDyke.
