With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean S. Gibson of Carolina Shores, North Carolina, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Morris Sealey; her son Parker Bridger; her brother Robert Sealey (Bobby); and her brothers-in-law, Tommy Gibson and Joe LeBlanc.
She is survived by: her husband John A Gibson; her sisters, Patsy S LeBlanc of Whiteville, Dottie S Foti (Mark) of Woodside, CA and Mary Ruth S Cox (Steve) of Bladenboro; and her stepchildren, Allen Gibson (Dana) of Hickory, Michelle Gibson of Newton, Jonathan Gibson (Ashley) of Charlotte and Shauna Bevins (Tim) of Austin, TX. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Lung Society or Waterbrook Community Church, 2310 Hwy 9 E, Longs, SC 29568.
