He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Sylvester and James E. Moore, Sr.; and his sister Elizabeth Moore. He is survived by: his wife Inca Ramirez; his son Jordan Ramirez; his pet Milo Moore; his siblings-in-law, Roberto Ramirez (Shauna) and Anita Green (Bill); and his nephews, Chris Lao (Stacy), Tyler Green (Samantha) and Alex Ramirez. He is also survived by 10 grand nephews and nieces.
