Hazel Stevens Hood Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Stevens Hood (Carolina Shores, North Carolina), who passed away on September 18, 2021 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stevens and Lavarah Stevens; her siblings, Ralph Stevens, Bill Stevens and Grace Stevens Outland; and her son George Howard Burns.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Michael Burns of Wilson, NC and Christopher Burns of Savannah, GA; her great grandchild Alexis Perkins of Rincon, GA; and her great great grandchild Kennedy Perkins of Rincon, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and cherished friends.
