He is survived by : his wife Denise Wilder (Harpeck); his sons, Joshua Lewis (Robin) of Clarksville, IN and Adam Lewis (Carly) of Jacksonville; his grandchildren, Wawa, Kat, Wynnie, Ridge, Lloyd, Layla and Cassie; and his brothers, Larry Wilder (Carol) of Louisville, KY., Ron Wilder of Louisville, KY. and Shawn Wilder (Angela) of Louisville, KY..
