He was predeceased by : his stepfather Crandall Meredith. He is survived by : his parents, Christine Meredith and John Moeller; his sisters, Tracy Moeller SanFratello (Brett) and Kelly Moeller Ezzell (Jason); his nieces, Kylie, Sydney and Harper; and his nephew Oscar.
His family is forever grateful to all those involved in his care at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Hospice Center in Wilmington, NC and asks that any donations be directed to the center in Brian's honor.
