It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Douglas Gillespie of Carolina Shores, North Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Patricia; his mother Annabell Naylor; his grandmother Anna; his aunts, Dorothy and Ruthie; his daughters, Alene and Theresa; his family, Timothy and Micheal; and his grandparents, Amanda, Robin, Molly, Philip and Zachary. He was also cherished by wife, four children, six grandchildren, and plenty of friends and family.
In lieu of gifts or flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cancer Society or St. Jude's Hospital.
