He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Joseph Navarra and Lois Slater Navarra; and his brother Joseph Anthony Navarra. He is survived by: his son John Navarra (Ashley); his wife Pam; his granddaughter Reagan; and his brother Frank (Sally). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Carolina Beach Presbyterian Church (1209 N Lake Park Blvd, Carolina Beach, NC 28428). Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (1311 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412).
