He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy Russell McDowell and Annie Elmore McDowell Putnam; and his brothers, Roy Russell McDowell (Ricky) and Zane McDowell. He is survived by : his wife Elda Leona Phillips McDowell; his daughters, Caroline Autry (Carl) and Roxsanna Rusher (Rick); his sister Kathy McDowell Bennett (Bob); his grandson Jason Autry; his great grandchild Lance Autry; his nieces, April Turner and Tina Clemmons; and his nephew Rusty.
