It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Edward Parrish Sr. (Carolina Beach, North Carolina), who passed away on January 14, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kermit Swain Parrish, Sr. and Helen Crews Parrish; his significant other Hazel Anne Peeples; and his children, Lisa Michelle Stikeleather (Paul), George Edward Parrish, Jr., Eddie (Heather) and Lee Anne Parrish.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Paul's United Methodist Church (300 Harper Ave, Carolina Beach, NC 28428).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider making donations to Lower Cape Fear Hospice or the Building Fund at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in memory of George Edward Parrish, Sr.
