He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Dee Greene Sr. and Catherine Teseniar Greene; and his mother-in-law Carrie Cleo Guffey Greene. He is survived by: his wife Daisy G. Greene; his children, Samuel Dee Greene III (Angie) of Virginia and Robin Greene Carpenter (Reggie) of Caroleen; his brother Garland Greene (Jenny); his grandchildren, Hunter Greene, Holden Greene, Brett Carpenter (Ashley) and Chase Carpenter; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Carpenter, Brooks Carpenter and Daisy Carpenter. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and several special brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
