She was predeceased by: her parents, Rass Everett Conner and Mildred Lee Taylor Conner; and her brothers, Steve Douglas Conner and Billy Reid Conner. She is survived by: her sons, Randy Lee Waters (Tracy Dawn) of Rutherfordton and Marshall Craig Rippy of Forest City; her sister Ruth Conner; and her grandchildren, Sean Waters, Robert Rippy, Thor Rippy, Sorsha Rippy, Skyla Rippy and Makayla Barbee. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
