She is survived by: her husband Bobby Burgess; her daughter Debra Smith of Forest City; and her granddaughter Jessica Winn (Steven) of Forest City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Harrelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1251 US Hwy 221a, Forest City, NC 28043). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:15 PM at the Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery (1743 Chase High Rd, Forest City, NC 28043).
