We are sad to announce that on April 3, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Sylvia Jean Hales Rogers of Cape Fear, North Carolina, born in Cumberland, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Hales and Elsie Hudson Hales; and her sister Glenda Hales Shooter of Fairmont. She is survived by: her children, Charles M. Rogers III (Carol Ann), Donald Joe Rogers and Elizabeth K. Rogers (Jason D. Vinson) of Beaver Dam; her siblings, Pamela Hales Holmes of Fayetteville and Donald M. Hales of Charlotte; her grandchildren, Tristan, Matthew, Patrick, Tami, Benjamin, Madison, Jacob, Charlie, Sarah and Helen; and her great grandchildren, Cameron, Emery, Lexie, Chloe, Grace, Atticus and Beckett.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Agape Pregnancy Center, the NC Baptist Children's Home, or your local food bank. Memorials may be made to Beaver Dam Baptist Church, 4693 Beaver Dam Church Road, Roseboro, NC 28382.
