He is survived by: his sister Linda Carol; his brother-in-law Willis Ross Whitney, Jr. of St. Pauls; his brothers, Jack Collins, Jr. of Bladenboro and Ransom Carrol Watts, Jr. (Todd) of Eureka; his grandson Craig Collins of Rose Hill; his fiancé Jean Hyatt of Whiteville; his pet Allie Girl; and his close friends, Katie Parker, Rhonda Masters, Karen and Gerald Hunt. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins.
