He is survived by: his wife Tonya Harvatin of Fayetteville, NC; his son Richard T. Harvatin Jr. (Tammie); his grandchildren, Richard T. Harvatin III and Ashley Owens; his daughters, Angela J. Edge of Fayetteville, NC and Judy L. Hilburn of Hope Mills, NC; and his siblings, Robert Throop, Dolores Koval of Pittsburg, PA., Betty Whoric of Pittsburg, PA., Mary Moschell of Pittsburg, PA. and Evelyn Carroll of Pittsburg, PA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
