He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Ray and Jimmie Hipp (Wiley); and his son Richard Hipp. He is survived by: his wife Kim of Fayetteville, NC; his children, Michael Hipp (Chanel) of Ontario, OH and Connie Bardsly of Galveston, TX; and his brother Carson Hipp (Debbie) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren and two nieces.
